Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We have a 5 day return policy from the date of delivery.
Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement Process

Contact our customer support team with your order details and issue description.
Provide photographic evidence if the product is defective or damaged.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement within 5 working days. In some cases, we may request the return of the defective item.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Usually the refund takes around 5-6 working days to be credited into the original payment source.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions

Items purchased during clearance sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Any product showing signs of misuse or tampering is not eligible.
